DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on size and stock availability. If your product is out of stock, you will be notified by email, and updated delivery options etc. will be enclosed.
Our delivers are handed by Royal Mail, and every item is shipped by them. For information on Shipping Classes, please reference their website (https://www.royalmail.com/).
We accept returns of products within 14 days of ordering. All products must be returned to us in their original packaging, and with their original tags intact.
Underwear may not be returned.
If you have lost your receipt or dispatch note, we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
To return an item, simply choose one of the below options:
Please contact email@example.com for a Returns Form, which state our shipping address at the bottom, along with your unique reference number.
Unless otherwise instructed, postal charges will apply when returning a item.
We highly recommend all customers obtain proof of postage, as we are unable to accept any responsibility for items that do not reach us.
We will send an email (if an email address has been provided to us) to confirm your parcel has been received. All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of us confirming we have received your parcel.
All refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the order.
Where payment has been made via PayPal, we are only able to exchange items at equal or less value. If the new item you would like is of greater value, a new order will be required. All refunds will be made via the PayPal account used.
THE SMALL PRINT
If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.
If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.
If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively, the balance refunded will take into account the un-discounted price of the retained item/s.
